To Switzerland, it takes about 7hrs. It's so easy to tell when you're in Switzerland. The landscape is amazing and picture perfect. Snowcapped mountains, little streams, green meadows and small cottage houses. Plus the weather is awesome today. With the sun shining brightly from that clear blue sky, breathtaking. Wish you were here.
Arrived in Geneva, Switzerland at about 1130am. Headed for the train office to book the next train to Paris @ 5pm but guess what! They're all full! Omg what are we to do?! We've already booked rooms in Paris. No plans to stay in Switzerland at all due to the expensive accomodation. Last resort, to take the slow train which leaves at 2pm from Geneva and arrive in Paris @ 11pm. 9hrs! When the faster train can get us there in 4 hrs. Boooo -.-
With some time to spare, we walked around the area, it wasnt that cold and the sun was still shining =)) Went to Lake Geneva which was only a 10mins walk away from the station. Once again, the view was breathtaking, and look at the photos! Beautiful isnt it?! Started taking lots of photos there, with the fountain at the background. Clear blue waters which is kinda amazing, why cant the singapore river be so clean?
Walked back to Macs to grab lunch before catching the train, they have Rosti in the menu! hehez the sky has turned dark already, guess it's going to rain. Well, time to board the train. All Aboard!
