Finally, Paris

Quite a hassle to get to Paris, after the long train ride, the only thing i wanna do is to sleeeeeep.

Booked a room in a hotel in Paris called Hotel Gerando which is approx 5mins away from the Metro Station in Anvers. It was a good hotel i guess for a one star, i had my own bed, own toilet and room service. =)

Early morning breakfast in the hotel comprises of croissant and a bun with jam & butter. simple breakfast to start off the busy day we have in front of us.
First stop, Montmatre, a white church which looks like the Taj Mahal that stood on a hill top just 10mins away from where we stayed. it was really early in the morning so we were like the only ones there, walking up the hill to get to the church, we got cornered by 2 blacks, they grabbed our fingers and started to tie strings on it. We kept saying NONONONONO, but they didnt let us off. and finally when they finished tying it, "Small Money small Money" i said i dont have, they asked for my wallet. i was like WTH?! the only cash i have was in my pocket, and it's a 10 Euro Bill. DAMN YOU PEOPLE. I HATE U they robbed me outside a church and ask me to go in and pray. WT*i didnt even bother to enter the church, too depress to do so, 10 euros i paid for strings. So i headed to the next destination, the La St Chapella. A small Chapel with colourific interior and beautiful stain glass. You're suppose to read the stain glass from left to right and bottom upwards.
and on our way to the infamous Notre Dame. crossing the bridge over the Seine River to the other side.
No hunchback ugly monsters here. the church actually looked smaller than i expected. though we went early, it was already crowded with so many tourist! nothing special about the interior of the church. to the back, we joined another line which was soo long, we waited for 30mins just to climb to the top of the Notre Dame. approx 400 steps. wanted to die when i finally got up there. it was a beautiful day, with a rainbow in the sky, making it even prettier. =)
What's Paris without the tall & huge Eiffel Tour! Took another metro to the Eiffel tower. Got out of the station, and hmmmmz where is the tower..walked on more, hmmmz isnt the tower a real huge one, why cant i see it when im supposedly real close to it. Ask store vendor " Excu-si Moi, which direction to Eiffel Tower?" *POINTS. OHHHHHHHHHHHHH! it was just right behind us! to think i walked without turning my head backwards. haha my bimbo moment in Paris. =P walked towards the tower and along the way, the whole street was filled with once again blacks. scary people trying to hoard us with miniature Eiffel tours. Our day basically ends here, free time for some window shopping in Champ Elysees! *woooots* so exciting! a whole street of shopping, and once again we were stopped by 2 china people. "你讲中文?" i was very skeptical about these people that keeps approaching us. They want us to buy Louis Vitton bags for them. Apparently, they've bought so many, they've reached the limit but they want MORE! the lady handed me 1500Euros in CASH and my wallet couldnt even close. -.-" i've nv held so much cash before. bought her her bags and she just said thank you n left. no tip?! damn it. should have ran with her money seriously.Walked along the street to Dior Chanel and all and ended up in a awfully crowded pizzeria which serves amazingly delicious pizzas! it's really fresh because they make it when u order. i had pizza with smoked salmon, broccoli and ricotta cheese. YUM YUM =)

was so full after dinner, i had to walk around to digest that big piece of pizza in my tummy. *burp* (im gonna challenge your burp when im home =P hmph!) at night time, the eiffel tower was all light up, it was beautiful. just in time to catch the laser-music show(whatever u call that)lovers in paris
wish u were here =|
