no time for writeups, i did a journal for prof sim and lim which was 37 pages in total and im kinda sick of the writing on what u see in hanoi. haha so im gonna post photos! heeee. basically on the attractions we went to, the rest are lame and boring site visits which i dont wanna post about.

yeaps that's where we all touched the turtle heads and got A's for exams the next day. :)) happiness

and the one legged pagoda which was hidden and it took us quite some time to find. 

where the body of Ho Chi Minh is preserved. didnt get a chance to see the body cos it only opens in the morning and closed at 11am. boo hooo

boring and scary water puppet show! ahha all fell asleep except baby =P the puppet looks kinda scary sorry . =P

not an attraction but a warning for all who wanna go Hanoi, they cheated Desmond's money. 20,000 Dong from him. so dont ever go there for ice cream, not worth it. 

After a series of unfortunate events, I'm watching the world cup at Macs, ALONE. Yeaps don't ask me why but yeah I'm watching alone at the nearest macs.

Okay got to admit it's a little weird with all the strange uncles cheering on korea! Hehe swearing in hokkien it's definitely an experience.

And did I mention! They are giving me weird glances and stares because I am sitting at a long table and everybody around me are male. Funny girls cannot watch world cup meh

Seminars and talks

our agenda on this trip was to of course gather infomation but i certainly cant help falling asleep during seminars and talks. some are really boring. we went for site visits to uncompleted projects and shopping centres and also the offices to gather info. my project was on conservation and heritage, so that gave me an excuse to visit historical and tourist places and take interest in them.

anyway on Vietnam.. it was a summer 'special' sem module not a Holiday which i need so badly. but nonetheless i travelled with people i dont usually hang out with in school and though it was fun but i must say, i miss kelly caderam nana and eug lee

Work is such a terrible word

Just a quick update before I hit the sack....

I have just returned from The land of honk honk a week ago and have started work at CLC. Yeaps the princess/spoilt brat have finally walked out of her comfort zone and stepped into the world of meetings, research, and typing. Some just call that WORK! Tmr I'll reach the 1week mark and already im loathing it. Raaaah!

Now i guess I know how mom feels when she gets home from work, why she falls asleep while watching 8pm tv shows, why Joanne complains abt work all the time and why the birth rate in spore is so low-.-

I'm practically a zombie after work, I need smth called ENERGY pumped into me. I don't have a life anymore. While bf is at Zouk mamboing his night away I'm lying on my bed hoping tmr is Friday..Ahhhh fml...

will update on Vietnam over the weekends when i start on my journalling assignment ( due 21st June). which reminds me DISSERTATION!!!!! My plan is flopped-./
