ahh i simply miss the mooncakes and shopping around for it. testing at every store in Taka.
this year's mid autumn, im in germany while my friends and family are in Singapore. Had a party at my house last year with dearest lycans. kinda miss that actually =P
also on Saturday, it's a traditional holiday in Korea too, Thanksgiving and Heeyeun invited us over to her house for lunch. She put in lots of effort into making the dumpling, and it's delicious! =) being a good guest, i prepared something from Singapore too. Using the sambal chilli sauce and seafood we manage to find in Reve.
it was a warm gathering at Heeyeun's, and of course there's dessert toooo! cakes from a nearby cafe. it's uber pretty
after lunch, we just lazed around in her house, taking pictures and playing games. and look at that, Ella's apple hair, she tied it for us so we could look like her.
and at night, we skipped dinner, i went home first, coz i was so tired, woke up early to prepare the food. david came home with us too while the rest went to jinmoo's. we tried to watch soccer but the internet was so bad, we gave up. that stupid guy owes me a box of cereal in which he refuse to give. arghhhand after everyone came over, we went to the river for some mooncakes and lanterns! liyin's mom sent over some mooncake with her package. although it wasnt the snowskin mooncakes i like, it's better than nothing! traditionally made mooncakes.
and we had lanterns too, credits to liyin! all the way from singapore.
