what a nightmarish week this had been for me...

and i wished time could just turn back, when everybody was happy, smiling, and living.

im very emo, and and still is...if u know me well enough, you'll prolly know i cry very easily..that's what caderam said

a week before today, daddy received a call, and immediately we rushed to the hospital, tears already streaming down my cheeks while we were still in the car..for the first time, i saw daddy tear...

mommy was concentrating n speeding down thomson road to get us there as fast as we could

we were too late when we got there, she was already gone..no last words, no one was there to see her off..ah mah died peacefully in her sleep, her heart stopped beating. after a year of fighting, she finally gave in...it was simply heart ranching when i saw her lying motionlessly on the hospital bed..i kept telling myself, "she'll come around! she'll come around"

the last time i saw her, she was still well, still able to talk, to smile like she always does when she sees me...without fail, she'll say "study hard peiru, my guai granddaughter" in hokkein..she'll always chase us home, ask daddy n mommy to go home and carry on with our own stuff, she was craving for mandarin orange, and insisted on having one..so i peeled one for her..nv had i knew, that was the last mandarin orange i peeled for her....

on Wednesday night, i received another piece of bad news..omg..i felt like my world has fallen apart..what's happening! am i still caught up in my nightmare..it seems like it will nv end..
life is so vulnerable...i've got to stay strong, not only for my parents, but also for my bestie...
to be there for her whenever she needs me...

always in my heart

one week has passed, and it's time to step out of the nightmare, and move on...
i keept repeating "cherish" because this week has taught me, the most impt thing in life, to cherish everyone around me, family n friends

i am very grateful to the wonderful friends i have, kelly, zijian, caderam, tyler, marcus and kok(BFS) for being there for me when i needed someone to talk to..
thanks for cheering me up with that clown face of yours=)

a solemn Valentine Day for me..

aah chooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! arghhhh *sniff sniff* caught the flu bug yet again! i had fever last saturday, i think it was quite bad. I dont know what temperature i was running last week, coz i couldnt find the Thermometer! couldnt move, talk, eat last Saturday. it got better on Sunday (thank god!) and monday was okay...until this morning! cough n flu, and luckily there was only 1 lecture today..finance was cancelled because the lecturer is sick too..sigh everyone getting sick

anyway im having such a hard time writing an Essay about myself in German! my german capabilities are rather limited as of now..wahh headache.... i need a german tutor!!!! i feel so handicap for words now, checking the dictionary for the spelling and all..
haha im always lost in class (yes, i know you'll say "what's new?") =P

monday was such a bad day..because i forgot where my german class was held..n i went into the wrong classroom..and it was a Chinese class! haha so embarrassing =P

and do u know, every german nouns have a gender - male, female n neuter stuck to it, so we've got to memorise all of that! plus there are 7 form of plural nouns .... save me please!

tuesday was a great day =) it has been a long long time since we've met up..and you keep laughing at the stuff i say..it's logical okay! =P haha

We went to Bugis last night for dinner and some shopping. Incidently, we got spotted by 2 groups of pple..haha so drama..GG =P

well anyway i enjoyed last night very much, and till next time..we'll complete that long shopping list of yours =)

last night in Malaysia, after last night's craziness, i woke up feeling very very very tired still though i've had so many hours of sleeeeeep..haha, everyone's tired already after all the visiting, gambling, cooking and chatting, but the spirit is still kept high in grandma's house..

haha i want to capture everyone's face while they look at their cards for a Jack/King/Queen and an Ace..haha but only manage to snap a few..today Shin Hong, Fei's bf turn to be the Big Banker...haha he is also on a lucky streak..win so much money, but eventually lose most of it when my mommy came to play..haha
highlight of the evening, is that of SUPPER! or like they say CHA MEEEEE! 10 packets of Cha Mee just to feed the entire family! hahaha yummy yummy yummy! so much nicer then Singapore's..ahahaa and as the night draws near to a close, i've decided, we need to take a group photo!

not a v happy night...because i received a sms from dear kelly, there will be a quiz on thursday, and today is wed! omg! n im not even in singapore...only driving back at noon tml...darn it! im gonna miss the quiz...no way i can rush back now..i checked my email the night before, but there was no email regarding a quiz..and kelly say she only received it at 9pm...oh god! save me! what a last mintute notice..what kinda shit person would schedule a quiz during CNY period! dont u know that we're celebrating the new year! and we're very busy with our families! arghhh so angry..worse thing..i emailed him the next morning asking him whether there's a make up quiz..and he just said "sorry, no make up"

let's continue recounting the things that i've been up to while im away in Malaysia for CNY

day 2 of the CNY

woke up pretty late in the afternoon, i think 12? and we've got to hurry hurry to Dingie's house for lunch & dinner, my ahyi is such a wonderful cook! everything was deliciously delicious! from chicken feet to red wine pork to salted vege duck soup, everything was fabulous!=)

after eating, they cleared the table and of course another deck of cards made it to the table, this time Uncle Ding was the banker, he's luck was so good that the pile of money kept increasing and everyone was screaming! haha i lose money that day...boo hooo so better to get out of it before losing too much..so the big cousins decided "okay! we shall go out!"

haha crap, i didnt prepare any clothes to go out, haha ahhh who cares! no one knows me here...shorts n tees will do =P

so a night of cousins only outing, out of grandma's house, without parents by our side...my parents were at first skeptical, but after all those nagging they reluctantly let me go..haha we went to The Curve, dont exactly know where is that, so i just follow...
