Twilight has got me captivated

holiday holiday holiday, before it started i've got so many stuff i wanna do, so many things planned out but hmmmmz...

out of all the things i planned, i only did a few, haha the rest...well....

after coming back from the short weekend getaway, i found myself with nothing to do! =O sooo i made a trip down to thomson plaza, went into Popular bookstore while i waited for mommy to join me for lunch, and saw this book

it's a book-turned-movie, i saw the trailer on HBO during exams period, briefly know that it's adapted from a book..until yesterday when i came across it in popular, so since i dont have any plans in the days ahead, i decided i should just read it

mommy says she has nv seen me so into a book before..it's like im in a trance when reading..i would say more like a anti-social nerd..unlike most pple i HATE to READ! most of the time i'll end up reading only a quarter of a book and it'll be on the shelf..haha except for a few, prolly less than 10 got me interested to read till the last page

so this is the book, the movie is not out yet, but im anxiously anticipating for the premier


i couldnt get hold of the original copy, they dont sell it in Popular! i usually loathe movie-covered books, but i was left with no choice =(

i spent my wednesday night reading it till the early hours, haha no mambo for me this week=P

sidetrack:
you broke it to me today, should i feel glad or should i feel something else, i guess the feelings are mixed...to tell the truth, i wasnt being myself the whole time today, because something silly happened yesterday night, i had a dream..i dreamt of the exact same thing u told, i woke up feeling puzzled, was it just a dream or was it really happening? obviously i felt shocked when i got the news but u wouldnt know

i've always thought dreams are the opposite of reality, i guess too much reading has left me in my fantasy world where love doesnt fail....

Day 3 in Bintan

days are getting boring..maybe this is what pple call a relaxing getaway.....last day in bintan and we were drenched with showers of blissing, while the men went for their golfing session we ladies plus alan =P haha were lazing around in the chalet..how boring can this get...soo i dragged mommy along and drove the buggy around the resort..the buggy couldnt go on the sand sooo we had to stop outside and were enticed by the beautiful scenery with gushing waves along the shoreline.

1pm! the moment i've been waiting for the whole day..time seems to pass really slow here in Bintan...ARCHERY! haha first time okie! haha Unlike Sarah and Alan, my aiming kinda suck..cant blame me okiee! i dont shoot arrows..im used to aiming @ one on the lanes...=P haha or maybe the board was kinda too near for me...i always overshoot the board..ahhh who cares! enjoyable activity but my fingers hurt!

soooo after that we headed back to the chalet which was really near and started loading the stuff onto the bus! time to go homeeeeee!

because it was raining, the sea was very choppy! it was like an endless rollercoaster ride...was really giddy after awhile in the ferry..so i decided better close my eyes or else i'll most prolly PUKE! ahhh! sooo a combination of MAMBO songs to lessen the giddyness and finally im home=)

Day 2 in Bintan.......

yawnssss...had a really bad night...and woken up by the golfers, chitter chattering in the dining area while having their breakfast!

but! i cant wait! because we're going SHOPPING! yippppeeeee!=)

met up with auntie angie and alan at the hotel lobby b4 heading down to Pasar Oleh Oleh it was a 20mins bus ride there...hmmmz nothing interesting to see along the way...so i caught up with some sleeeeep.....

oh did i mention, from our chalet to the hotel, we had to drive a buggy, it's quite a distance..and i was the driver for 3 days haha kinda fun

and here we are! the Infamous Pasar Oleh Oleh of Bintan..wasnt what i expected actually, i imagined a bustling, messy, dirty crowded area filled with shops but this was what we saw..almost every shop sold the same thing - imitation goods, polo tees, beach wear (trust me! you wouldnt wanna buy them), wood craft..and everything was in S$ soo imagine how expensive it was....

sooo no shopping =( MASSAGE! PEDICURE! we went to this place for pedicure la, and guess what! she scrapped my skin till it bled! OUCH! im sooo afraid of seeing blood felt faint....in exchange i got my toe nails frenched pedicured, the cut is really deep! damn pain la! anyway i wasnt the only one who got cut..ALAN did too haha he did pedicure too wooo i wasnt suppose to expose this..but i guess he wont read my blog haha.. he too had a cut on his toe..lol! =P after pedicure it was MASSAGE! Hand Back and shoulder...im still aching now..she press so so hard

so for dinner we headed down to the beach for seafood grill..not very nice but very expensive..$$$ goes to the nice ambience round the place..and @ night mahjong again..can u see where this is going...it's getting boring!

3 days of sunshine, sandy beaches and cool water

and we started from the Changi Ferry terminal to Bintan - Indonesia =) on a Saturday morning

the ferry ride was kinda rocky...booooooo should have taken a bigger ferry haha

when we arrived at Bintan Lagoong Resort at around 2pm Spore time, 1pm Indo time..we made a grand entrance, as the hotel staff welcomed us in with music and dance..haha really funnythe beach was beautiful! so much better than sentosa but of coz losing to Aussie! =P yeah this is our lovely "home" for 3 days and these are the food we brought along with us haha
dinner was at the club house..we had Asian Buffet, ahhh very expensive 35 per head but there wasnt any oysters! everything was in Singapore Dollars! sooo it's freaking expensive yeah..night time activities, nothing much to do but to return to our chalet for MAHJONG! =P

sleep was a nightmare for me..ahh i couldnt sleep firstly becoz when we took the pillow up, we saw cockroach shit! omg! haha i couldnt sleep the whole damn night because i didnt dare turn and i kept thinking of cockroaches climbing here and there booo=(

weishan's 21st

we celebrated weishan's 21st birthday @ WALA WALA holland V on Friday..it was a surprise hehez
and im off to bintan! =)

yipppeee! exams are finally over and this was what i did yesterday! no need for further explanation=P haha

nyoya kueh and santa claus

all this studying just for a 71 qn MCQ paper is driving me really mad! omg! dont know whether it's stress or im simply distracted..but nothing is going into my brain! omg! haha it's really a chore to read everything again..this was the same feeling i had when i was studying for A's biology..it's prolly not a good thing to have so many mid terms b4 the big day=(

well apart from that..."Little Nyoya" i think is prolly one of the best show by Mediacorp this year...i'm hoooked! =P really good drama serial..today's episode was soooo heart-wrenching but on the other hand sweeeeeeeeet! awwwwwww hopefully that jap guy comes home to see his juxiang and yueniang..hmmmmmz

oh and i forgot to mention...im gonna have a xmas party at my house on the 20th! so exciting! cant wait=) here is a little sneak peek haha
