im into my "2nd" week of school, officially the 3rd, life has been pretty hectic compared to EBS. 6 mods this semester and i've got lectures everyday, tutorials are yet to come.
nothing much happened in the past week, except that we caught our first movie tgt as a couple, New York, I Love You. Personally, i feel it was a dull movie, haha too deep for me to comprehend, same for him. but the company is what that matters anyway :)
and i missed ah chew so much when i was in Europe, we went there after the movie and had my fav mango sago topped with mango ice cream! yumyum hehe

Best of Italy
going to do a "speedpost" because this is sooo overdued!
a quick insight on Rome. We went to all the Must see places except for the Vatican city on Day 1. We had lovely weather on day 1, the sun was shining above us, and it wasnt cold, felt like Singapore for a moment.

Venezia, Italy
first blogpost of 2010. no time to update my blog. been on the road for almost 3weeks now. cities after cities i go. barely have time to use the internet, needless to say blog. im just gonna summarise my trip so far
well let's start from the beginning. very first place i visited after exams was Venice. A city built on water. just a day trip. took the night train from Munich to Venice and arrived at 6.30am in the morning. place is beautiful and fascinating. Houses built on water, no cars or buses but boats that ferry u around the city. Dec in Venice is always flooding. St Marks square was of course flooded too, thankfully it hasnt reach knee level.
while people in Singapore strive hard for a driving licence, people here i guess will be needing a boat licence. the weather wasnt too good, very foggy day and it was soo damn cold! brrrr......

Looking back
Happy 2010 to all :)
Haven't got time to blog at all due to the hectic travelling schedule I put myself up to. Before blogging about my trips let me do a reflections about my 2009.
2 words bitter sweet.
Start of 2009 had been a terrible one. Took some time to get over the lost and thankfully I've got a bunch of lovely friends who stood by me. :) life still has to go on.
Got my driving license after so many gruelling lessons at SSDC. Finally I get to drive! Hehe and finally mommy can stop nagging.
Had a wonderful wonderful 21st birthday. One that I'll nv forget! Stripes. Thanks all for the love:)
Flew overseas to Germany and stayed there for almost half a year. Living away from home was always one of my teenage dreams. Seeing all my cousins going overseas to study somehow tempted me to study abroad. Finally I got my mini chance of a lifetime:) learnt to live independently w/o daddy mommy. Cooking cleaning washing all by myself. Met so many amazing people overseas and made long lasting friendships.
Travelled like I nv did before. 10 countries in 5mths :) so glad I've got the opportunity to backpack and experience life at a different angle. Learnt many new things along the way that I can't exp in Singapore. Running for trains, sleeping in airports and the list goes on ...... Made me realise what a spoilt Singaporean I am.
Found love at the end of 2009. :) shan't elaborate on the mushy part =p and we're travelling together, backpacking around Europe (more like he is carrying all the stuff for me hehe=p) having the time of our lives:) love, I can't ask for anything better in 2010.
With happy butterflies in your tummy (:
