a taste of summer.....

today is day -1 of camp

isnt it exciting!? haha after so many months of preparation...brainstorming....thinking...the camp is actually gonna take place really sooooon...

went back to school today to pack the logistic for the camp..becoz it's a weekend..there isnt any aircon in declub! omg! it was like being in an oven for a few hours

the whole club room is soo sandy, messy n dusty..the worst part is we're gonna sleep in there for 5 days! =O! yeahh good luck to us..

im starting to be attached to waffles quite alot..after a few hours in sch only i've already started to miss home, miss waffles......=( booo hooo

had dinner with my parents n my uncle n auntie at a restaurant in jurong east..didnt join my friends becoz saturday is FAMILY day! haha

so tml will be DAY O of SDE FOC 2008..im so gonna miss my

n so this week i've watched 2 movies! the next one...

starring anne hathaway, dwayne johnson etc...
it 's kinda witty, not the usual lame funny movies...but overall..it's good...
but i dont understand the ending....who's helmi? agent 23 didnt die??!

anyway this week..finally there is rest n recreation..

on monday..went for golf in the afternoon with my dear friends, kelly eugene n caderam at jurong country club..haha we're all a little rusty..but NO WORRIES! we're gonna make a come back soon, so long as eugene stops aiming at earthworms=P

after tt we went for suki sushi buffet at cineleisure with our dearest christina..it's total madnesss..20 plates of salmon sashimi...plus other stuff..i think we practically ate the whole salmon..

while waiting for ernest n movie, we occupied ourselves with lycan's fav activity

we were only in there for 2 hrs..the lady was nice enough to charge 3 pax only although there were 6 of us...

so the movie we watched on monday is none other than...it's real good..tt ernest watched it 2 times in 2 days..haha adam sandler is very very good..his middle eastern accent n everything else..sexy ehhh......

so fast n a week has past...

trial camp was over..n admission day just finished yesterday.....finally a day of REST!

the past 1 week has been really really hectic n tiring...couldnt remember a day where im full of energy..it was always "im very tiredddddd......."

kelly, caderam, collen n i came up with our mass dance choreo...hopefully it'll turn out well, tt is not too difficult for the freshies to learn..we're still halfway there..

yesterday was admission day for the freshies..so i went to school at around 8.30am to help out n waited for the freshies to arriveeee

kelly jasmine n i were parked at the registration booth..trying to catch good looking guys n GIRLS, kelly n i decided it's time to change course becoz sadly..there were very few goodlooking ones in RE....awwwwwanyway all went well yesterday...after admission day, we had meeting at declub with ryan to fine tune the programs
n my bestie called...crisis! haha im glad it's all settled! she finally know what she wanted *phewwww*

n then to queensway shopping centre to get our jersey! haha for beach day...2 jersey for com members...haha must have been a record...hopefully they've got red!

well..n today is REST day..have been slacking at home, accompanying waffles..too bad im down with flu or else i'll be able to hug waffles the whole dayyyy=(

n tml it's back to work work work...just received kelly's msg n yess lots of work to be done since the actual camp is just 1 weeeek away!

Day 1 of trial Camp

though we were reluctant to wake up at 7.30am in the morning...we had no choice but to

we were all too lazy to use the girls bathroom downstairs so we just settled for the boys...haha n instructed the guys to use the cubicles instead of the urinals..heeeeez

caderam went out to get breakfast for us..while the rest got ready for the camp...the OGLs were really early..quite unexpected..we tot they would come late..but we're the late ones..oopsso first activity of the day...sing song find OG
they got it quite fast...faster than the time limit we set for them..haha was it really tt easy?! prolly becoz there were only 20 plus pple..so on the actual day itself...HA-HA-HA good luck to the freshies...

next, ice breakers...they have to come out with cheers and ice breaking games n then present to everyone

priceless learning experience

day O of Trial Camp

the camp has been a very good learning experience for all of us in the committee

we stayed over in sch on day O of the trial camp - kelly, ezann, jasmine, christina,weiting, caderam, eugene, ernest, kok and me
to prepare the logistic for the trial camp

while packing, we tried out certain games - Air Apple n Pails n Ropes..it was a disaster..even with the pail empty we didnt manage to "lub" the string across...haha


so jasmine n i were in charged of the spiderweb game..so we went down to the foyer and spunned the web..our very own spiderweb! hehez with the help of everyone of coz=)

n after tt was supper at fong seng..kelly n i were a little bimbotic when we heard xxx & xxx are attached...

so it was bedtime after supper..3am! n we got to get up at around 7.30am the next day..gosh! plus the club rm was warm n humid..no aircon on weekdays...luckily we had eugene's fan or else...we'll be baked in our sleep
